The twins are 23!

On Friday Candi and I turned the big 2-3.! I didn't take any photos with me in it so I went ahead and just  snapped this little number...I am sure you guys were dying to see what I looked like now that I am 23....way different than 22...right? When I was younger Candi and I would wake each other up and take turns saying something along the lines of "good morning {insert age} year old, how old are you?" Then I would make a mad dash to the nearest mirror and to my disappointment year after year I would look just as flat chested and awkward as I did the night before. To my delight this is the first birthday I woke up no longer flat chested AND with rock hard abs!....... just not exactly the way  I had envisioned it being when I was 16.....;)

On Friday we borrowed the sweetest baby in the world for the day while is parents went on a day date. Then Saturday they retuned the favor....

Lets just say if it was mine and the Husbands first date there most likely wouldn't  have been  a second.....I started the date off by throwing up....no kissing. Check. In the middle of placing my order at the restaurant  the concerned waitress loudly announce that "she thinks my nose is bleeding." I instantly put my hand to my nose and sure enough she thought right. As if the faces of the people who just moments before were enjoying their meals wasn't confirmation enough....ruining peoples appetite. Check. Then later at the same restaurant grabbing the Husbands cup asking if he wanted more ice water not realizing that it was full of ice water and spilling it down his pants, then frantically trying to wipe it up. Sexual harassment. Check. 

But the Husband is pretty cute so I may have given him a second date ;)
